Chartwell Guest House is a well-established four star guest house located in the prestigious lower Umhlanga Rocks. It has sea views, a beautiful pool and lush garden which create a relaxed beachy vibe.

Chartwell is located 500m from the beach and 1.2km from the famous Umhlanga Village where guests are spoilt for choice among the many restaurants, pubs, supermarkets and shopping malls. Chartwell is 15 minutes from the King Shaka International Airport and only a couple of minutes away from Gateway, Umhlanga Hospital, the iconic Oyster Box Hotel and the business districts of Mount Edgecombe, La Lucia, Cornubia and Umhlanga Ridge.

Chartwell Guest House is almost off the grid – a borehole and extensive solar panels with back up batteries means guests are not inconvenienced by frequent water outages, load shedding and power failures. Chartwell has excellent security and ample off street parking so guests have peace of mind.
